With over 30 years of experience in small business development, nonprofit leadership, personal growth, and community transformation, Kim has emerged as a trusted voice and catalyst for equity-centered progress across the country.
A former foster youth who became an entrepreneur to create her own path, Kim knows firsthand the power of vision, grit, and mentorship. That journey became the foundation of her life’s work: building an ecosystem that empowers others to rise.
Through Urban Enterprise’s Accelerator System℠, Kim leads a constellation of initiatives that support leaders in launching, growing, and sustaining impact-driven ventures. Key focus areas include:
