Our Initiatives

Urban Enterprise organizes its work through eight key community-driven verticals:

Leneice A. Williams

Executive Director
Love Right UNTD, Inc.

Williams’ journey into community development began at Los Angeles Trade Technical College, where she trained under the renowned Dr. Denise Fairchild. There, she was introduced to the foundations of community planning, economic development, and mortgage finance—sparking a deep awareness of how systems shape people’s lives. She quickly recognized a powerful opportunity: to integrate mortgage financing into the work of community-based nonprofits to create lasting change.

Eager to gain real-world experience, Williams volunteered with several nonprofit housing organizations. These early experiences gave her a front-row view into how impactful—and how necessary—this work was. Her passion and curiosity eventually led her into the banking industry, where she worked with both finance companies and nonprofit housing entities. Along the way, she set her sights on a larger goal: to one day lead a community organization as an executive director.

With more than 15 years of hands-on experience in nonprofit housing and community development, Williams joined forces with Dr. Herman Bell, a visionary committed to serving the most vulnerable. Together, they co-founded the People’s Clinic—a nonprofit dedicated to providing medical services and shelter for low-income and unhoused individuals.

When the housing market collapsed, Williams didn’t step back—she leaned in. She stayed ahead of the curve by continuously sharpening her knowledge in mortgage finance, real estate, and community planning. She knew that the sector would rebound and that families with limited means would need trusted leaders to help them recover and rebuild.

In February 2020, Williams realized her longtime dream when she was named Executive Director of Love Right UNTD, Inc. Today, she leads with heart, vision, and purpose—developing community events, workshops, and training programs that are deeply rooted in the needs of the people she serves. Her work reflects a fierce dedication to making a meaningful, lasting impact.

Continuing her commitment to growth, Williams has returned to school to earn her bachelor’s degree in public administration, with a minor in urban planning—further strengthening her ability to serve and lead at the highest level.
